Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

We want to again thank everyone for your amazing efforts to keep St. Mark’s as safe as possible during this trying time.  I am excited to share new opportunities for visitations.

Please remember as we move forward, it is important to remember that if we have any positive Covid-19 cases, we will have to reverse course and limit visitation again.

We urge you to take the responsibility for one another seriously.  Let’s continue to take the health and safety of all who live and work here our highest priority.  Good hand hygiene and wearing masks are the best way to protect yourself and your neighbors.

We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to abide by the guidance for the visitation and make wise choices as we move forward.

  • Visitors are required to provide the following information prior to the visit: First and last name; Physical address; Day and evening phone numbers; e-mail address, if applicable. Documentation of the visit will be maintained onsite in an electronic format and available for the Department of Health for purposes of inspection and/or for potential contact tracing.
