St. Mark's Terrace, Penn Yan~

There are 64 efficiency apartments, each having 350 sq. ft.  These units do not have a separate bedroom, but do have a living room / dining room area, a space for a single or double bed, a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a bathroom, and ample closet space.  These apartments are suitable for one person.

There are 30 one bedroom apartments, each having 500 sq. ft.  These units have a separate bedroom and a large, walk-in closet.  They have a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a bathroom, living room / dining area and ample closet space.  These units are suitable for one or two persons.

There are 7 suites, each having 700 sq. ft.  These units have a separate large bedroom, 1 and 1/2 baths, large kitchen with stove and refrigerator, living room / dining area, and ample closet space.  These apartments are suitable for one or two persons.

All apartments have smoke detectors, emergency pull cords, and window blinds. 

All utilities are included in rents.

There are laundry facilities on the premises, a security system with locked entry, 24 hour emergency maintenance coverage, off street parking spaces for each resident, two elevators, an emergency generator, and beauty shop.

St. Mark's Terrace in Penn Yan has a Senior Nutrition Program in which residents can enjoy communial dining Monday- Friday excluding holidays and weekends at 11:30am in the main dining room. This program is sponsored by Steuben County Office for the Aging, The Yates County Office of the Aging, the New York State Office for the Aging and the Administration for Community Living.

There are 39 one bedroom apartments, each having 540 sq. ft.  These units have a separate bedroom, a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, resident controlled heat, and smoke detectors.  Blinds are provided for all apartment windows.

There are laundry facilities on the premises, a security system with locked entry, 24 hour emergency maintenance coverage, off street parking spaces for each resident, an elevator, an emergency generator, a beauty shop, community room, covered rear patio, and cement walkway circling the building.
